Canada by Bike

Today was spent mostly driving and resting. This province is breath taking, it might actually be my favourite one! Anna is a friend of my other friend Anna who welcomed us warmly at her house overlooking the ocean. It was so nice to get some rest and recharge my batteries before finishing my ride.

Oh wow! All kinds of emotions ran through me today. Taking my last video with the province sign was bitter sweet. I am excited that I made it and kind of sad inside at the same time.

It is quite foggy today! I can barely see the scenery around me. I decided to break my distance into two parts. I am not in a hurry anymore and this is the last distance. Shortly after I started my ride I see this sign.

So this is it. The final kilometers were foggy. I stopped to make one short video and kept going.

It was all uphill, so I had to work hard to finish. Upon completion I stopped to take a picture with a light house.<br>And now I can't stop crying. I'm riding, crying and wondering if anyone is even there. I finished earlier than planned and wasn't sure if my parents made it in time to greet me. Such an emotional time! I cycle around the corner and what a surprise! Harold brought his family and organized a mini crowd to welcome me. Wow! I DID IT!<br>I felt restless. I didn't know what to do with myself. I decided to take a final shot and just leave. I actually felt sad and kind of empty. What now?

Harold suggested we build a memorial and I liked the idea. We started to look for rocks and built a small mount where I proudly placed the Polish-Canadian flag.
